NATIONAL ENERGY SERVICES ANNOUNCES SIGNIFICANT ORDER FOR OZONE LAUNDRY SYSTEM AND LIGHTING UPGRADE FROM EXISTING CUSTOMER

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NEW JERSEY—February 28, 2007 --National Energy Services Company, Inc. (OTCBB: NEGS) announced an additional order from HCF Management Inc. National Energy Services helps long term care, hospitality; commercial and industrial facilities reduce energy costs through its customized, cost effective products and management services.  HCF is high quality rehabilitative and skilled long-term nursing care provider with over 20 community care units in non-metropolitan areas in Pennsylvania and Ohio. The installation of the $247,000 order for Ozone Laundry Services and Lighting Upgrades will begin in April. 
 
Commenting on its choice of National Energy Services as its energy conservation provider, David Seitz, VP of Development and Properties for HCF Management, said:  “The feedback from residents and staff of our long-term care communities where we have the Ozone Laundry System already in operation has been very positive. They have reported that the clothes and linens are definitely whiter and brighter. As for the lighting upgrades, our staff is very pleased with the brighter hallways.
